Jane Fonda’s Original Workout

This is the program that started it all! The original Jane Fonda’s Workout which, I am proud to say, became the top selling VHS tape of all time! Finally remastered here for DVD and digital use.

This program contains two parts. A 30-minute Beginners program and a 60-minute Advanced program. This will give you a total body aerobic, strength, and flexibility workout. For a great way to maintain cardiovascular health, start with the Beginners program and work your way up to the Advanced routine.

In the years since starting my Workout programs, we have learned definitively that exercise is a key component of healthy aging. It has absolutely made the difference in my own life, and the lives of thousands of others who continue to do this workout today.

This Program is a followup to the original Jane Fonda’s Workout, the top selling VHS tape of all time, and offers variety and new movements.

This two part program contains a 35-minute Beginners program and a 55-minute Advanced program. Both will give you a total body workout. Some of you will start with the beginner program and move on, others of you will start with advanced. Either way you will be taking a great step in improving your cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility.

Exercise has made all the difference in my own life, and we now have decades of proof that shows exercise is a key component to aging successfully. Best of all it is never too late!

Available on DVD and digital for the first time, the COMPLETE WORKOUT follows my ORIGINAL and NEW WORKOUT programs with new choreography.

A great program for everyday, the COMPLETE WORKOUT includes Upper & Lower Body toning as well as an Aerobic program. This workout is fun while providing a workout challenge, that instructs you on how you can modify the movements to increase or decrease difficulty. A perfect workout for those who are Beginners or more advanced to do together.

I have exercised regularly for many years and it has helped me maintain my overall health and well-being, but even if you haven’t, if you challenge yourself to exercise regularly, at any age you too will discover its benefits.

Over the years JANE FONDA’S LOW IMPACT WORKOUT has definitely become one of the most requested programs for DVD and digital release.

The Low Impact 50-minute program which contains a warm up, cool down, and Aerobic activity will jump start your metabolism, and improve your overall physical fitness without being too stressful on the joints and muscles. Beginners will enjoy the stabilizing easy to follow movements and those more advanced will enjoy the challenge of doing the workout with weights.

The positive results of exercise are now well known, with benefits ranging from better food choices, and necessary weight loss, to improved mood. My own decision to exercise regularly has helped me maintain an active and productive lifestyle.

A companion piece that can be used on an off day from the more challenging JANE FONDA’S WORKOUT and JANE FONDA’S NEW WORKOUT, or as a daily workout for Beginners of all ages, this 50-minute workout incorporates easy to follow aerobic and ballet style movements that will work your entire body.

I know that besides the obvious external physical benefits, exercise has been vital for my own overall well-being. You see exercise plays an important part in regulating our mood and reducing stress, which are often overlooked key components to healthy aging and longevity.
